In order to understand the phrase health is wealth we must put some thought on the individual meaning and importance of both words. What is health? According to dictionary a word to word meaning of health is fitness of body or mind and freedom from disease or ailment. It can be body fitness, mental fitness. According to World Health Organisation (WHO), health is physical, mental and social well-being and not only the absence of disease. I agree; in my point of view, along with body and mind fitness an appropriate environmental fitness is also a crucial part of health. As u may have heard many times that healthy environment is necessary in every aspect of life. Before prolonging the discussion on phrase health is wealth, I would like to shed light on the phrase wealth also.

What is wealth? In the same dictionary the meaning is stated as “a great quantity of money, valuable possessions, property, or other riches.”It’s true that wealth matters, and that is why mankind has always struggled to find money and riches. And why not it makes and unmakes human.

Is it true that health is wealth? To analyze this we must understand that Men have put much superior value on wealth among all other things in the world and work very hard for it as they know that wealth is hard to catch. People put so much effort to find the sources of riches without realizing the stress which keeps building up day by day. This stress levels continue to build up and one day aimmense collapse make us awake that in all this frantic activity, we have overlooked to take care of one important thing – our health. In the race of collecting wealth we often forget the major concept about the real value of the word and that is health is wealth and the most essential wealth.

Health is wealth.It is a simple phrase but its wisdom and meaning is veryimmense and deep. Speaking of health and wealth, people have different views. Some believe that wealth is everything because it can buy beautiful houses, classy cars and beautiful clothes. They even assume that money can also buy spiritual happiness.However in recent days, health has become equivalent to the value of wealth in all societies around the world. Health is as valued as money. Health is wealth itselfbecause without it, no one can enjoy anything in life. Without it how can one appreciate the beauty of each day and acknowledge the delights that come to even the meekest encounters with family and friends.

Health is wealth;because without it no one would be able to work productively and therefore, there would be petite chances and opportunities for earning and making money. To generate income, one has to work and that cannot be done if he or she is ill and is incompetent to do physical activities.

So health is very necessary for generating wealth and thus it is said that Health is wealth. Parents must teach this need in children from an early age. Control in food habits, daily exercise, and work-life balance can make a difference to our health.Eventually I would close it and say that good health should be one of the most important priorities in our life so to get rich never endanger your health because in truth" HEALTH is the WEALTH of all WEALTH"
