Women health Part 2

The whole world has known how health conscious women are these days and a recent study also states that women are more health conscious than men. An excellent example of that fact is America, where men have happily accepted obesity and high cholesterol levels whereas women have condemned them and also try to successfully stay away from the type of food and the deeds that cause them. Right now, women health is the most discussed topic in food magazines, health magazines and websites and in between numerous critics. In the world of health and food, women health is most probably the highest discussed topic as it shows the bravery of women and what they do to keep themselves healthy and fit. Food and health magazines and websites are also discussing numerous ways of improving the health of women which helps motivate many women to join the fight against unhealthiness and obesity.
Women try very hard to improve their health and keep it stable. The health of women or men depends on exercise, eating right, minimized use of food containing cholesterol and fat and many other things that keep you fit. Women try many different techniques to keep that “perfect figure” just perfect. Some of those techniques are:
Avoidance of chocolate- Chocolate is a sworn enemy of women health. Since the making of the first chocolate, women have been known to go crazy just by hearing the name of the divine and elegant dessert. But, chocolate on the other hand, has been known to increase fat in the body and so is also an ‘enemy’ to the feminine kind. Women now try to keep away from chocolate as much as possible and eat as minimal quantities as possible to keep themselves healthy and fit.
Exercise- The health of women around the world also depends on exercise. This is because exercise uses up the energy from everything that we eat and so it does not allow any extra fat or carbohydrate to ‘stick’ with us keeping us away from obesity.
Avoidance of oily and cholesterol filled food- Women health also depends on women keeping away from foods which are rich in oil or cholesterol. I can proudly state that the women of this world are doing a truly great job doing just that.
Women health is also a buzzing topic on food shows and food-based television channels where special programs have been made to direct women into losing weight and keeping healthy. The health of women has become a serious concern around the globe after everyone witnessed men accepting unhealthy factors like obesity. Although there are men that still care about their physique and fitness, many are there who don’t even care. Fried chicken, chocolates, sodas and packet chips are destroying men day by day and putting a stop to activity by men. That is why women need to become more active and place an example in front of all the men out there that being healthy is being perfect. They can do this by improving women health and making big bold examples out of their fitness and healthiness.
